Steps to Convert PPT to PDF

PPT to PDF

Do you have a presentation in PPT format, but do you need it in PDF format? This is not uncommon. In this article, we will show you how to convert the PPT files to PDF files using a PPT to PDF converter.

A lot of people use PowerPoint because it enables them to create presentations quickly and easily. However, most businesses require that their employees follow strict standards when creating documents. In this case, using an application like Microsoft Word or Google Docs makes sense because they enable you to save your work as a PDF file (which are compatible with any device).

Step 1. Download the program

Download the program. Once you have purchased the program, you will receive an email with a link to download it. Click on this link and select Open or Save As (depending on your browser settings). Adobe Acrobat professionals suggest, “Simply drag and drop a file into the online tool.”

Open the document in PowerPoint. Go to File> Open and locate your PPT file in your computer’s documents folder. Alternatively, if you have installed Microsoft Office on your computer, click on Open at the top of PowerPoint’s window and find the File using Windows Explorer.

Step 2. Add files for conversion

The second step is to add the files that you want to convert. This can be done by pressing “File” and then selecting “Add File.” You will then be presented with another window to select the File that needs converting. If there are multiple files, click “Add Multiple Files” instead of adding just one at a time. Once all of your files have been selected, press okay and they will appear in the main window ready for conversion.

Step 3. Select PDF as Target Format

Now that you have checked the print options, it’s time to convert your PPT file into a PDF.

In order to convert your PPT file into a PDF document, you need to select “PDF” as the target format of your output file. To do this, click on the arrow or icon next to Output Format in Step 1 and choose “PDF” from the drop-down menu. You can also access this option by clicking “Format” under “Output” at the top left corner of this screen.

You can choose any location for storing your converted File by clicking Browse in Step 2 and selecting a folder where you want to save it on your computer system’s hard drive or SSD (Solid State Drive).

Step 4. Convert PPT to PDF

You can convert your PowerPoint presentation to PDF in a few easy steps. First, select the files that you want to convert. Then, choose the best conversion options and settings suited to your needs.

Once you’ve completed these steps, click on the Convert button at the top of the page and wait for PowerPoint to finish converting your File into a PDF format. Finally, the converted File will be saved on your computer in its final location; if you have chosen not to specify this location yourself, then it will default back to where it came from (i.e., wherever it was stored).
